Refunds Policy

Any of the information below is not intended to supersede your rights provided as a consumer by the ACCC.

Change of Mind

If you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you are welcome to return it within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. The item must be unused, in resalable condition and contain all originally provided parts. Refunds provided will be of the purchase price, less shipping.

Damaged or Missing Goods

If you have received your purchase and it was damaged in transit, or there are items missing from your parcel, you must advise us within 7 days from the date the item was delivered. We may require time to investigate the matter with Australia Post and may request photographic evidence of such claims.

Warranty Period

Your purchase comes with a 12 month limited warranty. If your item becomes defective during this period, and the fault or defect is minor, you are entitled to a replacement. If a major fault or defect has occurred, you are entitled to a full refund. We may ask that you return the item to us so that the fault can be inspected. The warranty only covers manufacturing faults or defects. If it is apparent that the damage was caused by the customer, the item will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for costs incurred returning the item.

Returning your Item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
